Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you tracking information. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update.

Shipping Options

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Split Shipments
Items in the same order may occasionally ship separately. If this happens, you’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We may not be able to change the address after your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes when they arrive. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Delivery Issues
